We checked in to our rooms. Barbara and Doretha had a good look at their room.

One of the main problems was that the shower door was broken. Apparently, it happened often enough that the low man on the totem pole (organization wise) knew what to to to fix it. The same thing happened to our room. I put the door back on the track and accepted that it wouldn't open all of the way without becoming derailed.
We hadn't had lunch yet, so we opted for an early dinner. We decided that we would have a pub lunch at St. George's Tavern.
Whoever was in charge at the bar recognized pure tourists when he spotted us and directed us downstairs to the Churchill Dining Room.
We studiously scanned the menu.

Out waitress was a lovely young lady from the Gothenburg Sweden area.
Doretha has developed a taste for Guiness.
We went for fish and chips.
