Sunday in Erie

Well, Doretha was again kind enough to fix scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast. Barbara came over from Erie and joined us for a short walk. We then picked up Mother and went to the Movies at Meadville which was partially rented out for church services. Instead of going to church, we went to see Two Guns. We didn't actually find it quite as enjoyable as Red 2, but it had its moments.

Here is a bit of a look of the gang:

The theater was kind of neat with posters of former winners of the Academy award for best picture hanging everywhere:

We then had unbelievably inexpensive takeout Chinese: broccoli and chicken, a vegetable tofu dish, and sweet and sour pork (with two complimentary egg rolls) for less than $20. It tasted very good as well. We then visited for a couple of hours before taking Mother back to her residence.

That night we watched a bit of TV, reviewed some of the old Canadian holiday pics, and played boggle. As usual, Jessica trounced us.
