Tuesday in Erie

We had a nice breakfast yesterday. Doretha fixed Atkins mix pancakes, and I zapped Jimmy Dean sausage (one 2 carbs). The pancakes were a bit dry, but we washed it down with buttered maple syrup. After breakfast and a short walk, we went to the local liberals (note the small l) meeting. The function of this meeting is for all the Chardonnay socialists to sit around and complain about what the conservatives were up to. Jessica was the star of the show, as she talked about her experiences being in the crowd opposing the Texas anti-abortion bill at the state capitol in Austin, Texas.

We then had a nice lunch at the college cafeteria.

We talked quite a bit about how to make money on the WWW and old family secrets in the afternoon. After a supper of leftovers, we went with Barbara and Doretha to the Erie Genealogical Society for their monthly meeting. They talked about a few interesting things, but there seemed to be a great variation in expertise.
